I deliver inclusive approaches and solutions shaped by individual, team and organisations’ aspirations and needs, from strategic planning to income generation, developing lived experience leadership to project managing service implementation.
I’m most energised when making a difference, finding satisfaction and enjoyment in enabling others to untangle complexity, ‘stuckness’ or by creating the space for others to do the same to enable passionate, motivated, excellent (and normally under-resourced) people and charities to ‘turn the corner’, ‘clear the hurdle’ and have clarity of their path forward.
I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Not-For-Profit Management, BSc (Hons) Social Sciences, am a qualified coach and mediator and trained in social accounting and auditing.
