I deliver inclusive approaches and solutions shaped by individual, team and organisations’ aspirations and needs, from strategic planning to income generation, developing lived experience leadership to project managing service implementation.​
I’m most energised when making a difference, finding satisfaction and enjoyment in enabling others to untangle complexity, ‘stuckness’ or by creating the space for others to do the same to enable passionate, motivated, excellent (and normally under-resourced) people and charities to ‘turn the corner’, ‘clear the hurdle’ and have clarity of their path forward.

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Not-For-Profit Management, BSc (Hons) Social Sciences, am a qualified coach and mediator and trained in social accounting and auditing.
